Wanik, DCN, RDN, panelists included Bradley Biskup, PA-C, MHS, MA, Molly A. Brewer, DVM, MD, MS and Daniel W. Rosenberg, PhD.

Plant-Based Living: Celebrity Cooking Demonstration

Members of the Oak Grove Giving Society were invited to join us for an exclusive virtual plant-based cooking demonstration featuring Chef Prudence Sloane '80 (Fine Arts) with welcoming remarks from Anne D’Alleva, Dean, UConn School of Fine Arts.  Chef Prudence Sloane shared with guests her recipe for Crispy Quinoa Cakes over Vegetable Mash with Tarragon Caper Sauce.
