While participating in off-campus events held or sponsored by the UConn Foundation, participants are expected to comply with CDC and local health guidelines such as practicing hand hygiene, “social distancing,” and wearing face coverings (where required) to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19. Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact, the UConn Foundation cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, vendors, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.
