Originating in the West Indies in the 17th century, rum is considered the world's oldest spirit. Made from sugar cane, the spirit can be found in many iterations at your local liquor store—and your favorite pirate movies. 

In this interactive session, we'll learn about the rich history of rum—including its various styles and varieties—and how to craft three distinct rum-based cocktails that will make you think of a warm, tropical beach.
