The Law School’s In Conversation series brings together leading scholars, lawyers and policymakers to discuss some of the most significant legal issues facing our country today. The topic for this roundtable will be the Executive Branch’s efforts to regulate institutions of higher education and the implications for, among other things, our foundational ideals of democracy, free speech, and equality. A reception with credit bar will precede the formal program.
