The Brew Crew* has been divided into two teams, each brewing their own beer, and it’s up to you to decide which one comes out on top. Enjoy great company, network with fellow beer enthusiasts, and hear from students about how this program drives innovation, entrepreneurship, and a competitive spirit that prepares them to thrive in the craft beer industry.

*The Brew Crew is a for-credit interdisciplinary course open to students from all schools and colleges that teaches the steps of craft brewing, from farm to pint.
UConn Brewing Innovation is a collaboration between the College of Engineering, School of Business and the College of Agricultue, Health & Natural Resources.
This event is a part of the ongoing UConn Alumni 1881 Series featuring student or UConn Alumni brewed beer across the state of Connecticut.
