“The pose is what we are doing; the yoga is how we are being in the pose.”

In this fun, dynamic day of vinyasa, meditation, pranayama, and discussion, you will explore the freedom of powerful yoga flow classes combined with the power of aiming and sustaining our attention – skills transferrable to the tasks and challenges of university life.

Join national speaker and instructor Rolf Gates for a deep yogic dive that allows us to stay connected to the truth of who we are and find practices to create a life in college that works.

This program is open to anyone interested in exploring the power of yoga. The only requirement is that "you show up, do your best, and let your best be good enough.”

Registration closes on Friday March 8th @ 5:00 pm.
UConn Students: $10.00
Faculty/Staff/Community: $60.00
