Let's talking about teaching writing, reading and the craft of storytelling.

Join us on Saturday morning for a professional development session aimed at helping elementary and middle school level teachers incorporate writing and reading into the curriculum in new and creative ways. This program will be hosted in conjunction with the 25th Annual Connecticut Children's Book Fair at UConn and will feature a presentations from Neag School Professor Doug Kaufman and author Gordon Korman (photo left).

All are welcome; participants will receive a copy of Korman's latest novel, Restart, and a Neag School classroom care package. Light breakfast will be served.
