Strong Beginnings Summer Workshop for New Teachers

The Neag School of Education Alumni Board and the Teacher Education Program invite you to our Strong Beginnings Workshop

During this half-day program attendees will have a chance to work with experienced teachers and administrators, gaining valuable information to help navigate life as a new teacher with confidence.

Some topics of discussion will include:

  • Effective classroom management
  • Working with students with diverse needs and abilities
  • Establishing strong relationships with co-workers and supervisors

This program is FREE and open to all UConn alumni first- and second-year teachers. Please RSVP by August 7, 2017.
