The 75th Anniversary Colloquium Series continues with a fascinating program led by Shirley Sargent, PhD, RN, NEA-BC at the UConn Stamford Campus! While the evidence suggests that the problem of drowsy driving and falling asleep driving is a strong contributor to vehicular accidents, little is known about nursing perceptions of the issue. Join Dean Carol Polifroni and fellow alumni as we explore the important research regarding nurses who have fallen asleep driving home after the night shift.

Following the event, you are invited to join us for a social including light appetizers, beer, wine and soft drinks from 5:00-7:00 p.m.

Re
gistration for this event, and all other events in the Colloquium Series, is free. Please RSVP by June 16th, 2017.
