Brief remarks by UConn Law Professor John Aloysius Cogan, Jr. 

Presentation by Kenneth Berman '77, Partner at Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP, and author of the ABA best-selling book Reinventing Witness Preparation: Unlocking the Secrets to Testimonial Success, will present his engaging TED-style talk Out of the Mouths of Politicians: Making Witnesses Great Again, distilling witness preparation lessons from statements by some of our most prominent presidential politicians and showing how these lessons can convert ordinary witnesses into great ones.
